Does marriage + BTO = forever?

This is an Podcast about the correlation between marriage, divorce, BTO application rates and other socio-economic factors in Singapore. It discusses findings from a study by NUS Business School called “Kiasunomics”. Some of the important points from this study are that the BTO application rate is higher for married couples than for single people. However, the divorce rate is also higher for couples who applied for a BTO together.
