Lifestyle changes demand investors drive rental price for shoebox apartments

Rental prices for shoebox apartments are up nearly a third over the last three years in Singapore, as investors snap up these relatively cheaper units. One expert says lifestyle changes is also driving up the demand. Rebecca Metteo reports.
