NUS Business School's Prof Sumit Agarwal on DBS' leadership change

DBS CEO Piyush Gupta will step down on 28 March next year, after nearly 15 years at the helm. His successor, Tan Su Shan, will be the bank's first female chief executive. She will be heavily involved in the bank's technological development. This, as the bank suffered a number of service disruptions over the last two years. Professor Sumit Agarwal, Professor of Finance, Real Estate and Economics at NUS Business School, shared his take on the leadership change.
